The beautiful playground 1001 Nights is located inside Volkspark Hasenheide It’s surrounded by countless trees that give it a unique ambiance.
The playground has been renovated in 2019/20. Even more wooden palms and domes now adorn the elements for playing. In addition, elaborately and lovingly designed wooden animals such as camels and donkeys adorn the area.
There is a small climbing tower with slide for the very young, a huge wooden ship to climb on, various swinging and bouncing elements and a big palace with various slides and climbing elements.
Cool extra in the summer months: The huge ship turns into a great water playground!
Useful Information
The playground is right opposite the open-air cinema in Hasenheide. The way to the cinema is signposted inside the park and helps finding the playground with ease.
The Hasenschänke is only a few minutes’ walk from the playground. Here they sell ice cream, drinks, cakes and typical Berlin snacks such as potato salad and wiener. There is a public WC at the back of the building.
