Nelly-Sachs-Park

Nelly-Sachs-Park is close to Park am Gleisdreieck, right  between Bülow- and Kurfürstenstraße.

The park includes a number of meadows with benches and a small pond with an island accessible via a bridge. A round bench under a tree completes the picturesque scenery of the small island.

The amazingly clear water is now home to pike and in summer you can occasionally see turtles on the shore. On both sides of the pond there are terraced stairs – fun for children.

The parks highlight for children is its amazing playground, where there is a short ropeway, a basket swing and a well-designed climbing castle. Starting with ropes for balancing over stairs and grid-like tunnels and a wave-shaped suspension bridge made of rubber mats – this castle offers everything a climber’s heart desires!
